We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged.
✅ Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- If the item cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued.

🚚 Shipping Issues
Wrong Address:
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package will be returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs after providing a correct address.
Unclaimed Packages:
Shipments that are unclaimed will be returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost Packages:
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 5 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. If confirmed lost, we will reship the order or provide a refund at no additional cost to you.
